Even before the inception of our Reality company Falgun has had a long stemmed history in real estate and industrial infrastructure development.

Having the root of our business in the manufacturing sector we have developed and built our own facilities from the very beginning. Constructing our first factory in 1999, Modiste (Bangladesh) Ltd. From then onward we continued to develop our capabilities with the construction of various other commercial and infrastructure projects.
